STEP-1: Getting started

Let’s kick things off! Head to ThriveSparrow and log-in using your credentials. Next, make sure you’re on the Admin view. Once you're in, take a peek at the navigation bar and spot the "Integrate" option. Give it a click to access the integration settings.

‍STEP-2: Configure 

There it is! Find ‘Slack’ among the integration options and click on it. Under ‘Set-up’ you’ll find two settings to be configured.

       1.Use Kudos on Slack: Toggle this button on if you’d like to set up a channel on Slack for giving and receiving Kudos.

2. Import Employees: Toggle this button on if you’d like to sync your Slack member database with ThriveSparrow directory.

STEP-3: Verification as Slack admin

Time to navigate to the ‘Connect’ button and click on it! But wait, you need to be the Slack Workspace admin to proceed. If not, all you have to do is contact your organization’s Slack admin for the integration process.

STEP-4: Workspace import

Almost there! Now the Slack admin will be requested permission for access and once that is granted, Workspace imports need to be configured. Next, all of your active members from the Slack workspace will be imported to the Employee Directory on your account. However, they won’t be asked/invited to join ThriveSparrow unless the admin decides to do so.

Once the connection is successful, get ready to level up! Select an existing Slack Channel or create a new one, and extend a warm invite to your awesome team members, encouraging them to join ThriveSparrow and spread the Kudos cheer!

• There may be times when you wish to distribute points to multiple people. Just mention them in separate paragraphs/ sentences and it's sorted!
