Lattice pricing in 2026 ranges from $4 to $13 per employee per month, billed annually. The Foundations plan, priced at $13 per employee, includes performance reviews and goals. A $4,000 annual minimum applies to every contract. No free plan or free trial is offered, but free product tours are available.

For smaller teams, the annual minimum can increase the actual cost. For example, a 15-person team on Foundations would be charged $4,000 per year, bringing the effective cost to around $22 per employee per month instead of $13.

To make the pricing easier to evaluate, this guide covers Lattice's plans, add-ons, and actual costs for teams of 25 to 250 employees. A more affordable alternative with the same core modules is also included.

Short answer:

  • Foundations: $13 per seat/month (Performance + Goals & OKRs + manager tools + AI Agent)
  • Single products: Performance $10, Goals & OKRs $8, Engagement $4 per seat/month
  • Add-ons: Compensation +$6, Grow +$4 per seat/month
  • Enterprise: custom quote

Every base product also includes Lattice's Analytics, AI Agent and integrations. 1:1s, Weekly Updates and Feedback (Lattice calls them Manager Tools) come with any base product, but not on their own.

Is Foundations cheaper than buying Performance and Goals separately?

Yes. Performance ($10) and Goals & OKRs ($8) cost $18 per employee per month separately. Foundations bundles both for $13, saving $5 per employee per month. You can also purchase either product individually if you don't need both.

How Much Does Lattice Cost at Your Company Size?

Lattice has a $4,000 annual minimum. If your calculated annual cost is lower, the $4,000 minimum applies. If it's higher, the per-seat price determines what you pay.

The table below shows the annual cost for different team sizes, based on Lattice's listed prices.

Package (per seat/month) 25 employees 50 employees 100 employees 250 employees
Engagement only ($4) $4,000 (minimum) $4,000 (minimum) $4,800 $12,000
Foundations ($13) $4,000 (minimum) $7,800 $15,600 $39,000
Foundations + Engagement ($17) $5,100 $10,200 $20,400 $51,000
Everything: Foundations + Engagement + Compensation + Grow ($27) $8,100 $16,200 $32,400 $81,000

Annual list price, before any negotiated discount. Our calculation from Lattice's pricing page, November 5, 2026.

When does the $4,000 minimum stop mattering?

Lattice charges at least $4,000 per year, even if your team is small. You pay the regular per-seat price only when the total cost goes above $4,000.

Here's how many employees you need before the regular pricing applies:

  • Engagement only: 84 employees
  • Goals & OKRs only: 42 employees
  • Performance only: 34 employees
  • Foundations: 26 employees
  • Foundations + Engagement: 20 employees
  • Everything (Foundations, Engagement, Compensation, and Grow): 13 employees

For example, if your company has 10 employees and chooses Foundations, you'll still pay $4,000 per year. That's about $33 per employee per month instead of the listed $13.

The $4,000 minimum also covers multiple products. So, if you already pay for Foundations, adding Engagement may not increase your bill until the total cost goes above $4,000.

Is There a Free Version of Lattice?

No. Lattice has no free plan and no free trial in 2026. Its pricing page offers free interactive product tours and a demo with sales; every paid plan is billed annually with the $4,000 minimum.

The free resources Lattice does offer are interactive tours, HR templates and courses in Lattice University. None of them let you run a real review cycle or survey with your team.

If you want to try performance or engagement software with your own team before paying, look for tools with a trial or free modules:

What Changed in Lattice Pricing in 2026

Lattice raised its two main prices in 2026: Foundations went from $11 to $13 per seat and Performance from $8 to $10. Third-party pricing trackers date the change between July and September 2026, which is why many pricing pages still show the old figures.

Three other changes matter if you are budgeting now:

  • No more HRIS or payroll. Lattice ended its payroll product on March 31, 2026 and shut down its HRIS on July 31, 2026. Pages listing a "Lattice HRIS" plan at $10 are out of date; you now need a separate HRIS such as BambooHR, HiBob or Workday, which Lattice integrates with.
  • Engagement became a base product. It is now sold on its own at $4 per seat and includes manager tools, analytics and the AI Agent.
  • AI is included, not extra. The AI Agent, which answers questions and coaches managers using your Lattice data, comes with every base product. Lattice also now connects to AI assistants through MCP.

Lattice Hidden Costs and Contract Terms

Lattice's list price is close to what you pay, but the contract terms decide the real cost. From Lattice's own pricing page:

  • Annual billing only. There is no monthly plan; you pay for the year.
  • US dollars only. Teams outside the US carry currency risk.
  • $4,000 minimum. It can be spread across products, but small teams pay it in full.
  • No implementation fee for the performance software. Lattice also includes dedicated human support with every contract.
  • Add-ons stack quickly. Compensation and Grow add $10 per seat together, taking Foundations from $13 to $23.
  • Enterprise is quoted. Larger or more complex rollouts get custom pricing, so the list price is a starting point.

Lattice's page does not state renewal or price-increase terms. Ask for them in writing before you sign.

Is Lattice Worth the Price?

Lattice is worth it for mid-sized companies that run structured review cycles, calibration and OKRs and want them in one polished tool. It is a harder case for very small teams or for anyone who mainly needs engagement surveys.

  • Good value if you have 30 to 1,000+ employees, run formal reviews with calibration, talent reviews or succession planning, and will use Goals & OKRs alongside performance. Foundations bundles both at $13.
  • Expensive if you have fewer than about 26 employees (you pay the $4,000 minimum), only need surveys (Engagement alone pays the minimum until 84 seats), or need compensation and career tools too (the full stack is $27 per seat).
  • Not the right tool if you need an HRIS or payroll, which Lattice no longer offers.
